# Mediation Service
The LECNA Mediation Service assists people who are ending their intimate relationships, resolve issues related to the ongoing care of their children, division of their property and other financial matters.
LECNA and the mediators involved believe greatly in the benefits of early resolution of conflict within in families and the community and that is why they have set up a service that is accessible for those that couldn’t or wouldn’t otherwise afford or enlist the help of a dispute resolution professional.

# BUTTERFLY WINGS PARENTING PROGRAM
“Sharing & Caring” (0-2yo) program is a group experience for parents and their babies focusing on the pleasure and power of using rhymes, songs and stories together.
Parents develop an understanding of early years’ brain research, early literacy, early numeracy and develop a repertoire of rhymes,
songs and stories to share with their child and family . Program registration restricted to only16 families.

# BROADBAND FOR SENIORS
Welcome to Broadband for Seniors! Broadband for Seniors aims to provide senior Australians with free access to computers, the internet and individual workshop training through the establishment of internet kiosks in the local community.

# KNIT Knowledge. Networking. Intervention. Training
Life-skills education programme aims to promote the Knowledge base necessary to navigate today's society.
The programme will establish support and information Networking enabling participants to make lasting community linkages.
Intervention will focus on changing those patterns of behaviour which just aren’t working.
Alternative styles will be offered to show new ways of looking at family issues.
The Training will take place for 2 hours per week over 10 weeks conducted by David J Rolls (B.Soc.Wk).
You will develop strong life-skills examining the way yourself and how changes in attitude will make a world of difference to your
relationship with your family.
The programme offers support to you by linking with a mentor who will journey with you and assist you to implement these positive changes. We will challenge you to make changes. This programme is different - it is unique.
This can change your life and that of your children the creative living skills acquired will be a valuable tool to help your family to cope with arising issues.
Any person who is experiencing a crisis in their life or who just wants to be ready for the challenges of family relationship in today's society.
Referrals can be via your Doctor, Government Department, or self referrals are accepted by contacting Logan East Community Centre. Cost: The 10 week course is Free.

# LOGAN EAST NO INTEREST LOAN SCHEME
Provides access for eligible persons on low income to obtain interest-free credit, which may not otherwise be available to them, to purchase new basic and essential household items, such as fridge, washing machine or household furniture.
Funded by National Australia Bank
# STEP UP LOAN
This program provides a safe low interest loan between $800 & up to $3,000.
The loans are for items such as fridges, washing machines, cars, computers, furniture, medical and dental expenses and house repairs.
National Australia Bank. Interest is charged at a fixed low rate. The loans can be repaid over three years and there are no additional fees.
Terms and conditions apply and are available on application.
